Where can I see my order status?

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to display a live status of your order online. Please contact us for this purpose by calling: +31 (0) 13 535 10 25 or by sending an e-mail to: info@mutsaerstextiles.nl Our order status "order received" only indicates that we have processed the order administratively.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "log in" and then on "password forgotten". Here you can leave your e-mail address. We will send all the information needed to change your password to this e-mail address

Changing your data

Change or add delivery address.

Would you like to have your order delivered once to another address? That is possible! You can specify a different delivery address when completing your order. Would you like to change your current delivery address because you have moved, for example? Change this in your account on the website or give the change by e-mail to: sebastiaan@mutsaerstextiles.nl
