How can I become a customer at Mutsaers Textiles?
Mutsaers Textiles Is a B2B fabric wholesaler. This means that we only supply our fabrics to companies. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service to private individuals. You can therefore only register with a valid VAT number or commercial registration number. Click on "register" in the top right corner and fill in your details for approval.

Where can I see my order status?
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to display a live status of your order online. Please contact us for this purpose by calling: +31 (0) 13 535 10 25 or by sending an e-mail to: Our order status "order received" only indicates that we have processed the order administratively.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "log in" and then on "password forgotten". Here you can leave your e-mail address. We will send all the information needed to change your password to this e-mail address

Samples & Offers
Can I order a sample?
You can request 5 free sample cards of standard items from us. We do not make cards from printed fabrics or fabrics on sale. shipping of these is at your expense. If you then later order one of these items from us, you may then request another 5 sample cards. You can request a sample card at Please state the desired article number, your customer number and the shipping address.
Do the colours look exactly like they do in the pictures?
The photos in our webshop are a true representation of our products. Unfortunately, colour and/or structure deviations cannot be avoided. Even the screen settings of your PC, tablet or phone can cause the colour and/or structure to vary. If you are not sure of the quality, structure or colour, you can always order a sample.
You can also visit the Mutsaers Textiles shop-showroom. You can drop in without an appointment from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30.
If one of our fabrics is Oeko-Tex certified, this is indicated by a label in the product photo and in the article description. If you would like to receive one of the certificates, please contact Below is an overview of the different product classes:

Product class 1: This product class includes products for babies and has the strictest requirements and limit values.

Product class 2: This product class includes products that come into contact with the skin. This includes articles that come into direct contact with the skin, such as blouses, shirts, underwear, mattresses, etc.

Product class 3: This product class includes products without skin contact. This includes articles that have no or minimal contact with the skin, such as jackets and vests, belts, etc.

Product class 4: This product class includes decorative articles. It shall comprise all articles, including initial products and accessories, which are used for decoration purposes, such as tablecloths, curtains, furnishing fabrics, etc.

How do I place an order?
When you have registered and logged in, you can place an order. We will gladly take you through the ordering process.

You can only see our prices when you are logged in. In addition, we also apply a volume discount, when you purchase 15 metres or more, you will receive a discount.
We always try to state the availability of our fabrics as accurately as possible in our webshop. If a fabric is out of stock, we will indicate a date under the product's image when we will be able to deliver it again.
Minimum order quantity
We have a minimum order quantity of 10 metres per article-colour.
Requested quantity
The quantity of your order may vary. We naturally try to deliver as accurately as possible.
Processing your order
When you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation. Please note that this is not an invoice. We will process your order as soon as possible after you have placed your order. As soon as your fabrics have been collected, you will receive an invoice from us with the final shipping costs stated on it.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping method
We ship our orders within Europe mainly with DPD. Based on the order, we consider whether we send your order via DPD or deliver it with another transporter in boxes on pallets in order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. For international shipments we mainly work with DHL, FedEx & UPS.

How many fabrics fit into one package?
In order to give you a better insight and fill your package as efficiently as possible, we have listed the approximate quantity that goes into one package. Depending on the combinations and volume of our different qualities, this remains an estimate:

  • Jersey : ± 80 meter
  • French terry : ± 50 meter
  • Waffle : ± 50 meter
  • Poplin : ± 130 meter
  • Cuff fabrics : ± 120 meter
  • Heavy terry : ± 30 meter
  • Bamboo towel : ± 40 meter
  • Sweat fabrics : ± 50 meter
  • Wool : ± 30 meter
Partial deliveries
It is possible that we cannot always send all requested items of an order as a whole. This is because one of the items is not in stock at the time of ordering. Therefore please pay close attention to our "Expected" labels, which indicate that an article is temporarily out of stock. Unfortunately it can happen that it crosses at the time of ordering, then your item comes in backorder and we will send it as soon as it is available again. We always try to inform you about this. For a partial delivery we also charge shipping costs.

Payment term
Generally speaking, the first order is a PRO FORMA. This means that you will first receive a PRO FORMA invoice that you have to pay, after which we will ship the fabrics immediately. If there are no arrears, you have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice.
How can I pay my invoices?
With us, you can choose between manual bank transfer or secure payment methods. We currently offer the following methods:

  • bank transfer
  • SOFORT Banking
  • Bancontact
  • eps
  • Giropay
When you receive your invoice, you will be given the opportunity to choose and pay for the payment methods. The details for a manual bank transfer are also given. Always state your invoice number.

Claims & Returns
To report complaints and return the fabric(s), please send an e-mail to The complaint will be resolved as soon as possible. If it is an actual return, you will receive a return form which must be added to your return shipment. It depends on the circumstances who is responsible for the shipping costs.
Returns process
