Returns

To report complaints and return the fabric(s), please send an e-mail to credit@mutsaerstextiles.nl. The complaint will be resolved as soon as possible. If it is an actual return, you will receive a return form which must be added to your return shipment. It depends on the circumstances who is responsible for the shipping costs.

As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a credit note. You will then receive a credit on your account which will be offset against any outstanding items. If you have already paid and would like a refund, please contact credit@mutsaerstextiles.nl
