How to order your custom fabric
1. Choose the method of printing
You can choose to have your fabric digitally printed or have a plain fabric made in your own colour. Of course, you can also choose to use one of our desings or colours. you can download the photos for that online or mention the colour number if it is a plain fabric.
2. Choose the desired quality
You have the choice of having your own fabric made on some of our qualities. If you are not familiar with the quality, you can always request a sample. Please send an e-mail to samples@mutsaerstextiles.nl
3. Upload your file or provide your TCX-number
Upload your file, the requirement for the file is indicated at this step. If you choose a plain fabric, you can provide a colour number from us or a TCX-number. It Is also possible to send us a sample.
4. Delivery
Choose the number of meters you want to have produced and then choose the method of how you want to receive the fabrics. You can choose how you want the fabrics delivered, we can simply deliver you everything in rolls but you can also choose for us to cut and double-fold it for you on double-folded pieces with numbers of your choice.
5. Complete your order
You can now complete your personalised order. If you would like the fabrics double-folded, please indicate how you would like this in the comment field. If there are other particularities, you can also indicate them here. If you agree with the general terms and conditions, you can proceed to the checkout page.
Once you have placed the order, we will send you another digital confirmation by e-mail. We will then get to work on your order. Normally we will have a sample print made for you and sent to you for you to approve. If that is OK, we can have the fabric produced for you and it will be ready within 6 weeks. We will be in close contact with you during this process to keep you informed and to guide you.
